Taxi Reijnders respects your privacy and processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This policy explains what data we process, why, how long, and your rights.

2. Data we process

Category	Examples
Contact & booking data	Name, phone number, email address, WhatsApp messages
Ride data	Pick-up and destination address, date/time, passengers, luggage, flight number, notes
Payment & invoicing data	Amount, payment method, invoice address, and for business clients company details
PGB / care transport (if applicable)	Data needed for the care agreement and monthly invoice (e.g. PGB type, budget holder/representative). This may include health-related data.
Website data	IP address, device/browser data and usage statistics via cookies (see our cookie policy)

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Performing the ride / contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR): planning, performing and invoicing your transport.
• Contact and quotes/requests (Art. 6.1.b/f): responding to your WhatsApp, phone, email or form request.
• Legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c): including the statutory retention of invoices.
• PGB / care transport: any health data is processed only with your explicit consent (Art. 9.2.a GDPR) and only as needed for the transport and care agreement.
• Website analytics and improvement (Art. 6.1.a, consent): only after your cookie consent.

4. Sharing with third parties

We never sell your data. We share data only where necessary:

• Route calculation: our price calculator uses OSRM/OpenStreetMap to determine route distance; the entered addresses are sent to this service.
• Communication: if you contact us via WhatsApp, this runs through WhatsApp/Meta under their own terms.
• Replacement carrier: if we have no availability, we may share the data necessary for the ride with a replacement carrier.
• Payment, accounting and collection partners and, for PGB, the Sociale Verzekeringsbank (SVB) or your health insurer/municipality where you wish.
• Website analytics/marketing (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta): only after consent — see the cookie policy.

5. Retention periods

We do not keep data longer than necessary. Invoices and tax data are kept for 7 years (statutory retention). One-off requests that do not lead to a ride are usually deleted within 12 months.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time. Contact info@taxireijnders.nl. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

7. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss or unlawful use.
