Why does the business price differ from the private price?

When we issue a VAT invoice in your company's name, a 20% service surcharge applies on top of the private rate. In return you get: rides on account with one clear monthly invoice, planning priority, flexible rebooking and waiting service for your staff or guests. If you pay directly in the taxi and a receipt is enough, the private rate applies, without surcharge.

Frequently asked questions

Is the price really fixed?
Yes. The price the calculator or our confirmation gives you is what you pay, even in normal traffic or a short diversion. Only waiting time on the way is billed afterwards, per minute (€0.99 per minute, the first 10 minutes free). Only in exceptional cases can the price change, such as extreme crowds from a major event announced well in advance, a road closure that makes the route much longer, or a calamity. If we know in advance, we always tell you before the ride.
Can I book a taxi at night?
Yes, 24/7. Between 22:00 and 06:00 a night rate applies (+20% or +25%); that is already included in the price you see upfront. For pre-booked night rides we ask for a deposit.
How can I pay?
By debit card in the car, credit card (€5 surcharge), in cash, by bank transfer, or on account with one monthly invoice for business customers.
Can I travel with more than 4 people?
Yes, up to 8 people in our Citroën ë-Jumpy; 16 or 20 people is no problem, ask us and we make it fit with several vehicles at once. The Jumpy is 100% electric.
Do you also pick up from the airport?
Yes. Give us your flight number and we track the landing. You choose: outside at the pick-up point, 60 minutes after landing, or in the arrivals hall with a name sign from landing, with 15% off (max € 20).
