At the end of each month you receive a single consolidated invoice with a per-ride breakdown (date, route, driver, cost). VAT is correctly itemised. On request we add cost-centre or project codes so your accounting can post directly. Payment on account with a standard term of 14 or 30 days, by agreement.
Our BYD Han and Citroën ë-Jumpy drive without taxi markings or logos. To your clients and guests it's visually invisible that they're in a taxi — it looks like a private car with a driver. That suits the discretion often desired in business settings.
Because our entire fleet is 100% electric, all rides are zero-emission (scope 3, well-to-wheel). On request we can provide a quarterly overview with kilometres driven and the associated CO₂ saving vs a comparable combustion vehicle — usable for your ESG or sustainability reporting.
For ongoing partnerships we usually work with a framework agreement that sets rates, vehicle types and conditions. For occasional use that's not needed — a quote is sufficient. We never lock you into multi-year commitments or fixed minimum volumes.
For cancellations at least 4 hours in advance there is no charge. For cancellations within 4 hours or for no-shows we charge a fee for driver time. The exact terms are specified in your quote.
For ongoing clients we work with a dedicated driver or a small fixed team as much as possible. That takes some planning but builds a personal rapport and knowledge of your preferences. For holidays or sickness we arrange an equivalent replacement.
For planned rides please book at least 24 hours in advance. For last-minute rides we do our best — call us directly. For ongoing clients you know your contact and can submit a request even late in the evening.

Our home base is Echt-Susteren, but we drive across the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Many of our rides go to Schiphol, Düsseldorf, Brussels or Aachen. For distant destinations we provide a custom quote.
