On this page we explain our complete pricing model — including all surcharges, discounts and the comparison with the Dutch statutory maximum tariff. On average you pay 15-40% below that legal maximum.
We calculate the actual route distance of your ride via OSRM (OpenStreetMap routing) and apply our anchor pricing model. Between anchor points the price is interpolated linearly and then rounded to the nearest €5. The table below shows the anchor points for a sedan, day rate, one-way.

Example: your ride is 28.5 km. That falls between the 17 km anchor (€60) and the 40 km anchor (€90). The price is interpolated: €60 + (28.5−17)/(40−17) × (€90−€60) = €75. Rounded to €5: €75. That price is fixed — even in traffic or detours.

Night rate on return trips is applied per direction: if only your return leg falls within night hours, the surcharge only applies to that leg.

The Dutch government sets maximum taxi tariffs in the Besluit personenvervoer 2000 (Wp2000, art. 84-87). That maximum consists of a start tariff plus a per-kilometre and per-minute tariff — with a taximeter, standing still in traffic also counts.
Our anchor model charges one fixed price based on route distance — time does not count. On longer rides (airports) that makes a big difference: a taximeter ride to Schiphol at the legal maximum would cost hundreds of euros; with us it is a fixed €275 (sedan, day). Averaged over all ride types, our fares are 15 to 40% below the legal maximum.

Yes. The price you receive upfront is fixed — even if the ride takes longer due to traffic or a detour. Only actual waiting time at your request (driver waits on location) is charged separately at €59.41 per hour (€0.99 per minute), afterwards per actual minute.
From the Echt-Susteren region the indicative fare is €275 for a sedan (1-4 passengers, day rate, one-way). The van (5-8 passengers) is +20%. Your exact price depends on your pick-up address — calculate it in the price calculator.
Between 22:00-00:00 and 04:00-06:00 a +20% surcharge applies (edge night); between 00:00-04:00 it is +25% (deep night). The night rate is applied automatically based on the pick-up time and calculated per direction on return trips.
A return trip costs 1.50 to 1.80 times the single fare instead of 2 times — a 10% to 25% discount. The discount increases with distance: up to 6 km factor 1.80 (10%), up to 20 km 1.75 (12.5%), up to 50 km 1.65 (17.5%), up to 100 km 1.55 (22.5%) and above that 1.50 (25%).
