When we issue a VAT invoice in your company's name, a 20% service surcharge applies on top of the private rate. In return you get: rides on account with one clear monthly invoice, planning priority, flexible rebooking and waiting service for your staff or guests. If you pay directly in the taxi and a receipt is enough, the private rate applies, without surcharge.

The anchor-price model
We do not use a taxi meter and there is no surge pricing. Instead, we set one fixed price upfront based on the actual route distance, with fixed price points (anchors): 0 to 6 km € 25, 17 km € 60, 40 km € 90, 60 km € 115, 85 km € 130, 115 km € 200, 140 km € 240, 210 km € 275. Between two anchors the price scales linearly; beyond 210 km we charge € 275 plus € 1.30 per extra kilometre. The result is rounded to € 5.
There is also one minimum: every ride must earn at least € 50 per occupied hour, calculated over the entire time the car is on the road, from our base to the pickup address, the ride itself, and back to base. Whichever is higher, the anchor price or the minimum fare, is your price.
The price you receive upfront is fixed, even in traffic or with a short diversion. Only actual waiting time at your request is calculated separately afterwards.
Only in exceptional cases can the price change, such as extreme crowds from a major event announced well in advance, a road closure that makes the route much longer, or a calamity. If we know in advance, we always tell you before the ride.
Surcharges
- Van: from 5 passengers or with a lot of luggage we use the Citroën ë-Jumpy; that carries a +20% surcharge over the saloon rate.
- Luxury ride: saloon only (1 to 4 passengers); it carries a +20% surcharge. A luxury ride in the van is not possible. You choose it in the calculator.
- Night rate: between 22:00 and 00:00 and between 04:00 and 06:00 a +20% surcharge applies; between 00:00 and 04:00 it is +25%. The night rate is applied automatically based on your pickup time; for a return trip it applies per direction.
- Waiting rate: €59.41 per hour (€0.99 per minute), after the first 10 minutes which are free. We calculate the actual waiting time afterwards, per minute, both en route and at the destination.
Return discount
On a return trip we charge the outbound leg at the full price. We only give a discount on the return leg: if the return leg is within 14 hours of the outbound trip, you get 20% off the return leg, up to a maximum of € 25. This return discount does not apply to airport trips.
Payment
You can pay by debit card in the car (including international cards), by credit card (€5 surcharge), cash, bank transfer, or, for business customers, on account; a monthly invoice is possible, see business transport. After the ride you get a receipt from the printer in the taxi. If you need a VAT invoice in your company's name, the business rate applies. For a pre-booked night ride we ask for a deposit; we explain this in our confirmation.
