Why does the business price differ from the private price?

When we issue a VAT invoice in your company's name, a 20% service surcharge applies on top of the private rate. In return you get: rides on account with one clear monthly invoice, planning priority, flexible rebooking and waiting service for your staff or guests. If you pay directly in the taxi and a receipt is enough, the private rate applies, without surcharge.

For regular rides we work with a ride list on request: fixed pick-up points, times and destinations agreed with you in advance. If the planning changes, we adjust the ride list.
