Why does the business price differ from the private price?

When we issue a VAT invoice in your company's name, a 20% service surcharge applies on top of the private rate. In return you get: rides on account with one clear monthly invoice, planning priority, flexible rebooking and waiting service for your staff or guests. If you pay directly in the taxi and a receipt is enough, the private rate applies, without surcharge.

How an airport ride works

You give us your flight number at booking. For the outbound trip to the airport we factor in the drive time plus a margin for check-in and security; we are happy to help you pick a comfortable pickup time.

For the return trip we track the landing using your flight number and you choose how you are picked up. Outside at the pick-up point (the calculator fare): the driver is at the pick-up point 60 minutes after the actual landing; send us a message once you have your luggage. The first 20 minutes of waiting are free, parking included; after that € 0.99 per minute plus parking costs. In the arrivals hall with a name sign (15% off, max € 20): the driver waits from the actual landing; after 10 free minutes, waiting time and parking costs apply until you reach the driver. The return discount (20% on a return leg within 14 hours of the outbound trip) does not apply to airport trips.

Whether your flight departs or lands at night, we drive then too: 24/7, with the night rate between 22:00 and 06:00 (see pricing) and a deposit for pre-booked night rides.

What is included

  • Luggage is included. The saloon takes 2 medium suitcases and 2 backpacks, or 3 to 4 cabin cases; more luggage or more passengers? Then we use the ë-Jumpy or several vehicles.
  • Pick-up outside or in the arrivals hall with a name sign: your choice, the hall with 15% off (max € 20).
  • With a known flight number we track the landing: a delay we know about before the driver sets off costs you nothing.

Frequently asked questions

How early before departure are you picked up?
For a pickup time we factor in the drive to the airport plus a comfortable margin for check-in and security. Tell us your flight time and we suggest a pickup time; you decide how much margin feels right.
My flight is delayed, what now?
Give us your flight number at booking and we track the landing. If the delay is known before the driver sets off, the pickup time moves with it at no cost. If it only becomes clear later, the waiting rate of € 0.99 per minute applies after the free minutes. If your flight is still in the air when the driver arrives, he leaves and we send a new driver as soon as we are in touch with you. You then receive an itemised invoice that you can submit to your airline.
Where and when is the driver there?
You choose when you book. Outside at the pick-up point: the driver is there 60 minutes after the actual landing; the first 20 minutes of waiting are free, parking included. In the arrivals hall with a name sign: 15% off the fare (max € 20); the driver waits from the actual landing and after 10 free minutes, waiting time (€ 0.99 per minute) and parking costs apply until you reach the driver. Allow 30 to 45 minutes for passport control and luggage.
How much luggage fits?
The saloon (BYD Han) takes 2 medium suitcases and 2 backpacks, or 3 to 4 cabin cases. For more luggage or more than 4 passengers we use the Citroën ë-Jumpy, up to 8 passengers; for larger groups several vehicles drive together.
Do I need to bring a child seat?
Yes, please bring your own child seat; the driver will help you secure it. If you also book the return ride with us, we keep the seat until we pick you up again, so you do not have to take it on your trip.
Can I also book a return trip?
Yes, you can book both legs in one request. We give no return discount on airport trips; the outbound and the return leg are each charged at the normal price. See the pricing page for all surcharges.
I am flying at night, do you drive then too?
Yes, 24/7. Between 22:00 and 06:00 a night rate applies (+20% or +25%, see pricing) and we ask for a deposit on pre-booked night rides.
How and when do I pay?
By debit card in the car, credit card (€5 surcharge), cash, bank transfer, or on account for business customers. You pay after the ride; for a night ride we explain the deposit in our confirmation.
