Yes. Our drivers all speak English well enough for booking, directions and a comfortable conversation. We work with expats and international travellers daily — Maastricht University staff and students, ASML employees, Brainport internationals — so this is a normal part of our service.
Our fares are based not only on distance but mainly on driving time. Schiphol is further away, but most of the trip is on fast motorways — a Schiphol run barely takes longer than Cologne or Brussels via busier roads. Our price reflects what the trip actually costs us: time, energy and vehicle costs. That's why distant destinations via motorway can work out cheaper per kilometre than closer ones via city roads.
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance for the smoothest experience. We respond within 24 hours to WhatsApp requests. Last-minute bookings are often still possible — message us and we'll let you know.
Yes. The price you see is the price you pay, even with traffic or detours. No meter, no surprises. Surcharges apply only in clearly defined cases: +20% if a van is needed (5+ passengers or lots of luggage), a night rate of +20% (22:00–00:00 and 04:00–06:00) or +25% (00:00–04:00), and €10 per 15 minutes if we have to wait for you.
For 5 or more passengers, or more than 3 large suitcases, we use the electric van. The surcharge is +20% over the sedan rate. Let us know the number of passengers and luggage when booking so we reserve the right vehicle.
If we have to wait longer than the agreed pick-up time, we charge €10 per 15 minutes. For flight delays on a return pick-up at the airport we wait at no extra cost — give us your flight number when booking and we'll track the actual arrival time.
Cash, card in the car (Dutch pin / contactless), or in advance via Tikkie or bank transfer. International cards are accepted. Whichever suits you best.
For return pick-ups we track your flight number. If the flight is delayed we wait at no extra cost — just give us the flight number when you book.
Yes, we drive 24/7. Early morning flights or late arrivals — we're available. Night rate: +20% between 22:00–00:00 and 04:00–06:00, +25% between 00:00–04:00. Automatically applied based on pick-up time.
