We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for the smoothest experience. We reply to WhatsApp requests within 2 hours on average, to email within 48 hours. For last-minute rides, just call us and we'll see what's possible.
The prices shown are indicative based on distance. We always confirm the final price for your specific ride upfront via WhatsApp — after that the price is fixed, even with traffic or detours. A waiting fee of €59.41 per hour (€0.99 per minute, charged afterwards by the minute on actual waiting time) may apply if we have to wait for you.
Only on the return leg. If the return leg is within 14 hours of the outbound trip, you get 20% off the return leg, up to a maximum of € 25. This return discount does not apply to airport trips. See the pricing page.
For 5 or more passengers, or more than 3 large suitcases, we use the electric van. The surcharge is +20% over the sedan rate. Let us know the number of passengers and luggage when booking so we reserve the right vehicle.

Yes, we drive 24/7 — including nights and weekends. We're available for nights out and early-morning rides. Night rate: +20% between 22:00–00:00 and 04:00–06:00, +25% between 00:00–04:00. Applied automatically based on pick-up time. For group rides on a night out we settle the outward and return trip together in advance — so your taxi is guaranteed to be there, even at 4:00 AM.
Yes, we drive across the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Many of our rides go to Aachen, Düsseldorf or Maastricht — no border hassle for you.
Yes. Our drivers all speak English well enough for booking, directions and a comfortable conversation. We work with international clients daily, including expats living and working in Maastricht and Eindhoven.
