Why does the business price differ from the private price?

When we issue a VAT invoice in your company's name, a 20% service surcharge applies on top of the private rate. In return you get: rides on account with one clear monthly invoice, planning priority, flexible rebooking and waiting service for your staff or guests. If you pay directly in the taxi and a receipt is enough, the private rate applies, without surcharge.

At the weekend

Going out in Eindhoven and back to Limburg: fixed price agreed in advance, even late at night. Book in advance and we plan a driver for your time; call or message us on the spot and we try to drive as quickly as we can. The price is fixed in advance, even for the longer ride back to Roermond, Sittard or Echt-Susteren.

Taxi Eindhoven: how it works

You enter your pick-up and destination address in the calculator above and see a fixed price straight away, VAT included. No meter, no surprises afterwards: the price you see is the price you pay, even in traffic on the A2 or A67. Only in exceptional cases, such as a road closure that makes the route much longer or a calamity, can the price change.

If you request by WhatsApp, we confirm within 2 hours on average, with the agreed pick-up time. At night and at weekends we try to do this just as quickly.

Night rate and groups

A night surcharge of 20 or 25 percent above the daytime price applies between 22:00 and 06:00; that surcharge is already included in the price the calculator shows for a night-time booking. Going out with a group, our Citroën ë-Jumpy seats up to 8 people; for 16 or 20 people we use multiple vehicles at once, ask in advance.

Fleet

For rides up to 4 passengers we use the BYD Han, our saloon. The Han is 100% electric. For groups up to 8 passengers we use the Citroën ë-Jumpy. The Jumpy is 100% electric; with multiple vehicles at once we also fit a group of 16 or 20 passengers. Our fleet as a whole runs almost fully electric.

Is the price higher at the weekend?
A night surcharge of 20 or 25 percent above the daytime price applies between 22:00 and 06:00, the same as on other days. During the day at weekends the normal daytime rate applies.
Is the price really fixed?
Yes. The price shown by the calculator or our confirmation is what you pay, even in normal traffic or a short diversion. Only waiting time en route is billed afterwards per minute (€0.99 per minute, the first 10 minutes free). Only in exceptional cases can the price change, such as extreme crowds from a major event announced well in advance, a road closure that makes the route much longer, or a calamity. If we know in advance, we always tell you before the ride.
Can I go out with a group and travel back to Limburg together?
Yes, up to 8 people in our Citroën ë-Jumpy; 16 or 20 people is no problem, ask and we fit it with multiple vehicles at once. The Jumpy is 100% electric.
