Business calculator (B2B)Why does the business price differ from the private price?
When we issue a VAT invoice in your company's name, a 20% service surcharge applies on top of the private rate. In return you get: rides on account with one clear monthly invoice, planning priority, flexible rebooking and waiting service for your staff or guests. If you pay directly in the taxi and a receipt is enough, the private rate applies, without surcharge.

Taxi in Stein: how it works
You enter your pick-up and destination address in the calculator above and see a fixed price straight away, VAT included. No meter, no surprises afterwards: the price you see is the price you pay, even in traffic or a diversion along the Julianakanaal. Only in exceptional cases, such as a road closure that makes the route much longer or a calamity, can the price change.
If you request by WhatsApp, we confirm within 2 hours on average, with the agreed pick-up time. For a ride from Stein to Maastricht Aachen Airport, we prefer to send that confirmation the same day, so you know well in advance what time the taxi will arrive.
The driver is at your door at the agreed time. If they arrive 30 minutes late or more without notice, the ride is free; the full terms are on our guarantee page.

For Beek-Elsloo station, on the edge of the municipality, we use the same fixed pick-up point as for the other stations in our driving area.
Because Stein sits directly on the Maas and close to Maastricht Aachen Airport, travellers often ask us about the ride to or from the airport; because the distance is short, we set that price per ride.
